JuvGuard Stem Cell Exosome Inhalation Solution
The first stem cell exosome inhalation therapy in the world to hold a Japan Patent Office patent.
JuvGuard carries stem cell–derived exosomes — natural vesicles 30 to 150 nanometres across — straight to the lungs as a fine mist. Each dose holds more than 450 growth factors, miRNA species and proteins: the very signalling molecules stem cells use to calm inflammation and rebuild tissue.
Because it is inhaled rather than injected, the therapy reaches the airways directly — no needles, no hospital stay, no recovery time. A randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase II study of 24 participants, published by a Tsinghua University research team in a Nature-family journal, reported a mean rise of 12.5% in forced vital capacity, a 45-metre improvement in six-minute walk distance and a clinical response rate of 83.3%, with no serious adverse events observed. Five Steps, Start to Finish
The whole session takes around 15–20 minutes and can be done in clinic or at home.
Thaw
Take the vial out of cold-chain storage and let it stand at room temperature for 15–20 minutes, until fully thawed.
Inspect
Check the packaging is intact and the batch is within its labelled shelf life. Do not use it if the seal is broken or the solution has discoloured.
Dilute & Mix
Dilute the exosome solution with the dedicated nebulisation solvent at the ratio given on the label, then mix gently without vigorous shaking.
Inhale
Pour the mixture into the nebuliser cup and inhale slowly and evenly with a medical compressor nebuliser until the cup is empty.
Clean & Store
Rinse and air-dry the nebuliser parts after each session, and keep any remaining product frozen as directed on the label.
