Based in Hong Kong, IQ GENETIC TECHNOLOGY LIMITED develops stem cell–derived exosome therapeutics and works alongside HKRM to carry them from the laboratory into clinical practice. Our platform covers the entire chain — isolation, purification, characterisation and formulation — so that every batch is released against the same criteria.
Our flagship product, JuvGuard, is the world's first stem cell exosome inhalation therapy to be granted a patent by the Japan Patent Office (JPO). Manufactured to PIC/S GMP standards and independently tested by SGS, its development has been informed by exosome research that a Tsinghua University team published in a Nature-family journal — a needle-free option for people living with pulmonary fibrosis, lung nodules, post-viral lung damage or COPD. JuvGuard has no affiliation, partnership, sponsorship or endorsement relationship with Tsinghua University or its researchers.

HKRM joins us on process development, GMP manufacturing and batch release. Together we run the randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase II study that underpins the safety and efficacy profile of nebulised exosomes.
