hUCMSC-Derived Exosome Nebulization · GMP Manufacturing · Designed for Pulmonary Nodules & Fibrosis
JuvGuard is a stem cell exosome nebulization product co-developed by IQ GENETIC TECHNOLOGY LIMITED and HKRM Laboratory, specifically designed for the repair and improvement of pulmonary nodules and pulmonary fibrosis.
Stem Cell Exosome Nebulization
Receptors such as CXCR4 on the exosome surface recognize fibrosis/inflammation foci in the lungs, actively accumulating in damaged areas for precise treatment.
Suppresses pro-inflammatory factors TNF-α, IL-6, IL-1β; induces M1→M2 macrophage polarization; regulates the lung immune microenvironment.
Carries key growth factors HGF, EGF, FGF, VEGF to stimulate alveolar epithelial cell proliferation, repairing damaged alveoli and interstitial structures.
Downregulates TGF-β expression, reduces excessive collagen deposition, blocks "scarring" progression, with clinical evidence showing reversal of established fibrotic lesions.
