Four Core Mechanisms Working Together

🎯

Precision-Targeted Delivery

Receptors such as CXCR4 on the exosome surface recognize fibrosis/inflammation foci in the lungs, actively accumulating in damaged areas for precise treatment.

Low Systemic Toxicity High Target Concentration CXCR4 Receptor
🛡️

Anti-Inflammatory & Immunomodulation

Suppresses pro-inflammatory factors TNF-α, IL-6, IL-1β; induces M1→M2 macrophage polarization; regulates the lung immune microenvironment.

TNF-α Inhibition IL-6 Downregulation M2 Polarization
🔬

Tissue Repair & Regeneration

Carries key growth factors HGF, EGF, FGF, VEGF to stimulate alveolar epithelial cell proliferation, repairing damaged alveoli and interstitial structures.

HGF/EGF Alveolar Regeneration Interstitial Repair
💊

Anti-Fibrotic Reversal

Downregulates TGF-β expression, reduces excessive collagen deposition, blocks "scarring" progression, with clinical evidence showing reversal of established fibrotic lesions.

Simple Operating Procedure

Nebulization Inhalation Steps

1
Thaw
Remove exosome supernatant from freezer and allow to thaw naturally at room temperature for 2 hours (do not heat or microwave)
2
Inspect
Confirm packaging is intact with no leaks, solution is clear with no turbidity
3
Mix
Pour normal saline into nebulizer cup, add thawed supernatant, and gently swirl to mix
4
Nebulize
Turn on nebulizer, breathe slowly and deeply through the mouthpiece for approximately 10–15 minutes until liquid is consumed
5
Clean
Immediately clean all nebulizer components after use and allow to air dry

Important Precautions

  • Use thawed supernatant within 24 hours
  • Do not use if solution becomes turbid, has sediment or unusual odor
  • For nebulization inhalation only — do not swallow or inject

Recommended Treatment Schedule

Standard Treatment Protocol
Single Dose 1ml (~1 billion exosomes)
Frequency Once per week
Recommended Cycle 5 weeks per course
Maintenance Once every 3 months

Expected Improvement Timeline

7 Days
Cough and shortness of breath begin to ease
2–4 Weeks
FVC and MVV lung function indicators begin improving
4–8 Weeks
Breathing difficulty eases, activity tolerance increases
3–6 Months
Imaging shows lesion absorption / fibrosis reduction
